- 1 Cornetto Classico Ice Cream Cone
- 30 gram sugar
- 30 gram pasteurized egg whites
- mini marshmallows
- rainbow sprinkles
How to make

Start with your homemade marshmallow fluff by adding sugar and egg whites into a metal mixing bowl

Place over simmering water and keep stirring until you reach a temperature of 80 °C

Transfer to stand mixer or mix with hand mixer until volume is doubled and you get firm peaks

With the back of a spoon or a small spatula spread some marshmallow fluff over the Cornetto
